    • 100 grams orange grape tomatoes cut in half, see Note 1
    • ½ bunch basil leaves
    • 1 tablespoon capers drained, not rinsed

    Notes

    • Note 1 The goal here is for this salad to have a colourful assortment of tomatoes. If you can't get the exact type that is listed in the recipe, that is fine. Gather an assortment of colours, shapes and sizes to the equivalent amount.
    • Note 2 Burrata can be hard to find at the local grocery store! If you hunt for it and cannot find it, use mozzarella or bocconcini instead.

You say potato, I say tomato!

One of the easiest ways to enjoy a non garden salad is to skip the lettuce and use plenty of tomatoes instead!

Using a flavour packed vinegar for dressing is effortless as there is no stirring or blending!

I know it won't be up everyone's alley to use bread in the salad, but it does make for a full meal if you choose to!

Please give me a shout if you have questions or make the recipe as I would love to hear your feedback.

Let's get our burrata on my friends!
