Raspberry Oat Smoothie
- ⅓ cup rolled oats
- ⅓ cup greek style yoghurt
- ⅓ cup frozen raspberries
- 1 banana sliced
- ⅓ almond milk `
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- If you want a thicker smoothie, add a little more almond milk
- No need to freeze the banana, it works well freshly chopped (good for winter as no freeze head!!)
