Weet-Bix Balls Recipe
- 2 cups Weet-Bix crushed, 8 whole weet-bix
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- ½ cup cacao powder
- 397 grams sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup pink heart sprinkles
- ¼ cup green clover sprinkles
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- ¼ cup chia seeds
Weet-Bix Balls Recipe Method
Add your Weet-Bix to your food processor and blitz to combine
Then add your cacao powder and coconut and blitz again
Pour in your condensed milk and blitz again
Leave the mixture to firm up a little in the fridge for 20 minutes
Take from the fridge and use a spoon to roll into small balls
Drop balls into small bowls of sprinkles, cacao powder and chia seeds
Refrigerate to set!
- You can use any colour or texture to roll your balls in at the end (have fun with it!)
- The mixture needs to set a little before rolling, so use that time to clean up a little so when you are ready to roll most of the hard work is done!
- I recommend small 2 bite size balls
- There is no cook time for these as they don't get 'cooked' as such. But I do recommend putting them in the fridge for 10-20 minutes after the mixture is ready (as it is wet) as this will make the process of making the balls a little easier.
