Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup frozen mango pieces
  • 1 ½ cups coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • Add spinach, mango and coconut water to blender jug and blitz to combine
  • Top with chia seeds

Notes

  1. I make this smoothie and drink it soon after.
  2. You can keep it in the fridge for at least a day, however, it will start to loose the nice consistency of texture if left for too long.
  3. You can also add KALE if you want even more greens.
  4. I regularly buy frozen mango pieces from the grocery store, they keep in the freezer really well and are oh so handy!!
