Raspberry Oat Smoothie

This bright and colourful smoothie combines oats, frozen raspberries, banana, almond milk and greek yoghurt. It will keep you fuller for longer and is a great way to start the day.

Ingredients

Raspberry Oat Smoothie

  • cup rolled oats
  • cup greek style yoghurt
  • cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana sliced
  • almond milk `
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender jug and blitz to combine 
  • Top with chia seeds 

Notes

  1. If you want a thicker smoothie, add a little more almond milk 
  2. No need to freeze the banana, it works well freshly chopped (good for winter as no freeze head!!)
