White Chocolate Oreo Balls

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Mini Cookie Scoop
  • Baking paper
  • Baking tray

Ingredients

  • 399 grams Oreo Biscuits Note 1
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 200 grams white chocolate
  • chocolate sprinkles
  • multi coloured sprinkles

Instructions

  • Add Oreo biscuits to food processor and blitz for 10 - 15 seconds to form a fine crumb
  • Add cream cheese to biscuits and blitz to combine (15-20 seconds)
  • Transfer cheesecake biscuit mix to a large mixing bowl
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper
  • Use a cookie scoop and portion out cheesecake biscuit mix into individual servings
  • Roll each serving into a bowl, place baking tray into freezer for 30 mins
  • Add white chocolate to a heat proofjug, microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring in between x 4
  • Remove frozen Oreo balls from freezer. One by one, using 2 small forks, drop into white chocolate to coat, then shake off any excess chocolate, coat with sprinkles and place back on baking tray

Notes

  • Note 1 This is 3 x standard packets of Oreo Biscuits. Each packet has 14 biscuits. We use 42 Oreo biscuits for the recipe.
