- 399 grams Oreo Biscuits Note 1
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 200 grams white chocolate
- chocolate sprinkles
- multi coloured sprinkles
Add Oreo biscuits to food processor and blitz for 10 - 15 seconds to form a fine crumb
Add cream cheese to biscuits and blitz to combine (15-20 seconds)
Transfer cheesecake biscuit mix to a large mixing bowl
Line a baking tray with baking paper
Use a cookie scoop and portion out cheesecake biscuit mix into individual servings
Roll each serving into a bowl, place baking tray into freezer for 30 mins
Add white chocolate to a heat proofjug, microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring in between x 4
Remove frozen Oreo balls from freezer. One by one, using 2 small forks, drop into white chocolate to coat, then shake off any excess chocolate, coat with sprinkles and place back on baking tray
