- 24 oreo biscuits this is 2 standard packets
- 250 grams/ 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup chocolate sprinkles
Oreos: add Oreo Balls to the food processor and blitz for 10 - 15 seconds to form a fine crumb.
Combine: dollop the cream cheese into the crushed biscuits and blitz to combine (5 - 10 seconds).
Transfer: use a spatula to transfer the wet biscuit mix to a large mixing bowl.
Portion: use a cookie scoop and portion out the biscuit mix, scooping onto the tray as you go. Once all of the biscuit mix has been portioned out, roll the portions into balls and place back onto the baking tray.
Decorate: once the balls have all been rolled, work 1 by 1 and drop them into a bowl of sprinkles and toss around to coat.
Store: in an airtight container in the fridge till ready to serve.
