Air Fryer Portobello Mushroom Pizza
- 2 Portobello mushrooms large size
- ⅓ cup pizza sauce
- ⅓ cup pepperoni sliced
- ⅓ cup mozzarella cheese
- ⅓ cup green capsicum (bell pepper) Note 1
- ⅓ cup sliced black olives
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Air Fryer Portobello Mushroom Pizza
Turn the air fryer on to 180°C/350 F for 10 mins
Use a knife and chopping board to remove the mushroom stems (see image)
Place the mushrooms into the Air Fryer stem side down, spray with oil and cook for 1-2 mins (see image)
Flip mushrooms to stem side up and spread pizza sauce over surface (see image)
Add pepperoni and sprinkle with dried oregano (see image)
Cover with mozzarella cheese and top with capsicum and olives Note 2 (see image)
Cook for 8 mins or until cheese is fully melted Note 3 (see image)
- Note 1 This is about ½ one small capsicum
- Note 2 Some people find that their Air Fryer blows the cheese off things when cooking! To avoid this happening, layer the cheese with capsicum and olives on top to weigh it down.
- Note 3 Serving size is 1 mushroom pizza per person
