- 6 wholemeal pita bread
- salt to taste
- cooking spray as desired
Easy Homemade Pita Chips
Preheat your oven to 180°C / 350-375°F / Gas Mark 4-5
Use a knife and cutting board to cut your wholemeal pita bread in half, then quarters, then thirds
Line a baking tray with grease proof paper
Spread pita bread triangles out flat on the baking paper, use the oil spray from a slight distance away till each chip is covered. Season with a sprinkle of salt.
Place baking tray in oven and bake for up to 10 minutes. Watch for the pita chips to turn a light golden brown.
Serve with dip and olives.
