  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice-cream
  • 1 pinch frozen blueberries to serve
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs

  • Combine all ingredients in smoothie cup and blend until smooth
  • Top with additional blueberries and cacao nibs

Notes

  • This smoothie does not refrigerate well. I think it is because of the ice-cream in the recipe. Best off making and drinking straight away.
