Ingredients

Weet-Bix Balls Recipe

  • 2 cups Weet-Bix crushed, 8 whole weet-bix
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • 397 grams sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup pink heart sprinkles
  • ¼ cup green clover sprinkles
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • ¼ cup chia seeds

Instructions

Weet-Bix Balls Recipe Method

  • Add your Weet-Bix to your food processor and blitz to combine 
  • Then add your cacao powder and coconut and blitz again 
  • Pour in your condensed milk and blitz again 
  • Leave the mixture to firm up a little in the fridge for 20 minutes 
  • Take from the fridge and use a spoon to roll into small balls 
  • Drop balls into small bowls of sprinkles, cacao powder and chia seeds 
  • Refrigerate to set!

Notes

  • You can use any colour or texture to roll your balls in at the end (have fun with it!) 
  • The mixture needs to set a little before rolling, so use that time to clean up a little so when you are ready to roll most of the hard work is done! 
  • I recommend small 2 bite size balls
  • There is no cook time for these as they don't get 'cooked' as such. But I do recommend putting them in the fridge for 10-20 minutes after the mixture is ready (as it is wet) as this will make the process of making the balls a little easier.
