Ingredients

Asian Inspired Chicken Noodle Bowl

  • 2 cups brown rice noodles chicken flavour, rice and noodles only
  • ½ cup cooked chicken leftovers
  • pinch basil leaves fresh
  • pinch coriander leaves fresh
  • ½ lemon cut in 2
  • 1 chilli long red
  • cup bean shoots

Instructions

  • Boil the kettle and pour the water into the 2 cups to cook the noodles
  • Once cooked, drain but keep broth and start arranging your bowl by filling base with noodles
  • Add fresh herbs, bean shoots, lemon and top with chopped chilli
  • Pour reserved broth in, starting from one side.

Notes

I use the seasoning that came with the noodles but discarded the little dried pea/corn sachet.
