Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Kitchen Tongs
  • 1 Plate
  • 1 Dipping bowl
  • 1 Parchment paper If using air fryer model with trays

Ingredients

  • 24 frozen spring rolls Note 1
  • dipping sauce Note 2
  • olive oil spray optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer at a temperature of 180°C/350 F for 5 mins
  • Place the frozen spring rolls into the air fryer basket in one flat layer Note 3
  • Push the air fryer basket into place and cook the spring rolls for 12 to 15 mins.
  • Use kitchen tongs to remove cooked spring rolls from the air fryer, place on paper towel to soak up any moisture.
  • Serve with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Note 1 Frozen Spring Rolls will vary in size. The larger they are, the longer they will take to cook.
  • Note 2 You can use your favourite dipping sauce. Some popular choices are Vietnamese Dipping Sauce (nuoc cham), hoisin, peanut, fish, sweet chilli, dark and or light soy sauces.
  • Note 3 Don't stack the spring rolls as they won't cook or crisp up. It is better to have them in one flat layer, touching is ok. Work in batches if needed (ie smaller air fryer baskets).
