- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbs horseradish cream Note 1
- 2 cloves garlic skin peeled, end cut off
- ½ teaspoon cracked pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Add garlic, salt and pepper to the bowl of the food processor with the dicer blade, blitz for 2-3 seconds.
Dollop in Greek Yogurt and horseradish cream, blitz for 3-5 seconds to combine
Recipe makes one cup, can be stored in the fridge in a an air tight container for 7 - 10 days.
- Note 1 This is the Horseradish cream condiment in a jar that you purchase from the store. It is a very pale brown/yellow/cream colour. You will most likely find it with the mustards and sauces.
