Horseradish Yogurt Sauce

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Knife
  • Chopping board

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbs horseradish cream Note 1
  • 2 cloves garlic skin peeled, end cut off
  • ½ teaspoon cracked pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Add garlic, salt and pepper to the bowl of the food processor with the dicer blade, blitz for 2-3 seconds.
  • Dollop in Greek Yogurt and horseradish cream, blitz for 3-5 seconds to combine
  • Recipe makes one cup, can be stored in the fridge in a an air tight container for 7 - 10 days.

Notes

  • Note 1 This is the Horseradish cream condiment in a jar that you purchase from the store. It is a very pale brown/yellow/cream colour. You will most likely find it with the mustards and sauces.
