Air Fryer Roasted Red Peppers

Air Fryer Roasted Red Peppers are quick and easy to make! Packed with flavour they can be used in pesto, a dip or a grilled cheese sandwich.

Air Fryer Roasted Red Peppers

  • 2 red bell peppers

Instructions

Air Fryer Roasted Red Peppers

  • Turn the air fryer on to 180°C/350 F for 20 mins Note 1
  • Use a knife and chopping board to slice peppers in half, then remove stems and seeds
  • Place bell peppers into the Air Fryer open side up, cook for 10 mins
  • Use tongs to flip the peppers to the skin side up and cook for a further 10 mins
  • Use tongs to remove peppers from Air Fryer and place in a bowl, cover with cling wrap and allow to cool.
  • Once peppers are cool, slide skins off and discard.
  • Store in the fridge in an Air Tight container for 3-4 days

Notes

  • Note 1 I don't need to preheat my Air Fryer. If yours is a model that does, simply add the pre heat cook time and adjust the timer accordingly.
