Banana Smoothie

Banana Smoothie – today’s recipe from Sweet Caramel Sunday!

When it is really hot in Brisvegas (when is it not!!) and you want a refreshing lunch but not something that will way you down, I recommend this banana smoothie.

When I was doing my first few intense yoga classes that required loads of energy I would make one of these banana smoothies at lunch intentionally so that I had the energy to make it through my class that night.

The banana really makes you feel full even though it is a liquid breakfast and you get energy from this for quite some time after drinking it.

Over the years, I have realised how good non bubble drinks are and having a good banana smoothie recipe up your sleeve is so important!

If you love bananas and love smoothies, then you will love this recipe!

About the recipe:

  • There is no egg, dairy or cheese in the recipe
  • We use real fruit, no packaged nasties!
  • The recipe is VEGETARIAN
  • This smoothie is best drunk right after making it

To answer your questions:

  1. This is an energy packed smoothie!
  2. You only need your blender to blitz all of the ingredients together
  3. The recipe has only 5 ingredients!
  4. This is a SUPER EASY recipe to pull together

Let’s  whip up this smoothie together…here is how to make our super refreshing Banana Smoothie:
